Is a direct lip lift possible on me? Follow up to last question (Photo)

Dynamic189770
I realised I needed to add photos of me not smiling, that way the surgeons can assess my question properly. Can you please simplify your answer so I can understand is better? Now Iv also shown the photos of me not smiling can you please tell me if a direct lip lift is possible on me, but it won’t give me any more tooth show (when I smile) to ensure I don’t get a gummy smile This is a follow up and extra information to my last post.
