I realised I needed to add photos of me not smiling, that way the surgeons can assess my question properly. Can you please simplify your answer so I can understand is better? Now Iv also shown the photos of me not smiling can you please tell me if a direct lip lift is possible on me, but it won’t give me any more tooth show (when I smile) to ensure I don’t get a gummy smile This is a follow up and extra information to my last post. Yes, you do appear to be a candidate for a corner lip lift. I would also add possibly a small amount of fat to your lips as well. This will give the best aesthetic result. The corner lip will add a little more vermilion border to the corner of the lip and give you a more symmetric upper lip...
The indentation can be treated with filler and the scar can be revised. However, the descent of the nostril may not be correctable.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You will learn to smile with less intensity and not give a gummy show.
