I don’t care about the size of my upper lift, i am interested in the teeth showing fully, even potentially showing the gums when smiling. Veneers is not the way to go, since my teeth are well sized. I am worried about the l unnatural look of the lips, especially the moblility and movement when smiling. Also the distance from my lips to the nose is small already. Is a lip lift the way to go, or some potential orthodontics procedure?

In order to show more when you are smiling it would be necessary to remove a portion of orbicularis oris muscle in the upper lip. You should discuss this issue with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure. Good luck.

A conservative lip lift about 4 mm as well as a muscle lift will likely not change the distance very much between your nose and your lips, but will give you more incisive show. So muscle supplication I may be a good way to give you more incisive show with very little distance change between your lip and your nose.

You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
