I have had a breast uplift and implant on my left side and an implant only in my right. I had my operation December 2023 so it has been 10 months now, they started off the same size and spacing but I feel like my left side has gotten fuller especially on the outter aspect of the breast and my right implant and breast size has stayed the same. Would this even out over time? Could it relate to weight gain (I’ve gained 6lbs) or is this the natural shape it’s settled it now? photos attached

You appear to have developed a capsule which probably started around the time of your infection. Please go visit your surgeon. Always take antibiotics for any bacterial infection and prior to dental visits.
Part of the reason that your implants are far apart is your bone anatomy which cannot be changed. However, the lateral pockets could be tightened some to bring the girls a little closer together.
One implant is sitting higher and making the other breast look larger and lower. You may have a capsule holding the opposite side up more. Please go visit with your surgeon. Oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments might help, or surgery.
