44 180 pound. 640cc implanted 2017. Upsized to 850 6 months ago One looks extremely larger and lower What’s going on. My doctor acts like nothings wrong

1. You could have a fluid collection around the side that looks larger. This is rare but possible and could be diagnosed with an ultrasound.

2. The smaller side could have capsular contracture (especially if it feels tight, crampy, or doesn’t move around easily). This would be diagnosed by physical exam.

3. It’s possible that they are just sitting on the chest differently, causing this appearance. Large implant sizes can stretch and stress the skin and breast tissue, which can cause asymmetry.

If I had to guess, I would probably guess scenario number 2.

One implant is sitting higher and making the other breast look larger and lower. You may have a capsule holding the opposite side up more. Please go visit with your surgeon. Oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments might help, or surgery.

Based on your series of posted after photos, without before photos, difficult to determine exact cause. Initially, I would suspect you have an implant rupture because of such as symmetry and volume. Initially, I would suspect you have an implant rupture because of such a symmetry and volume. Therefore, I recommend an ultrasound of the breast to see if the implant is folded or Deflated? Next consult or in person consult recommended. What type implant was used saltwater, sailing versus silicon? Copy of second report would be helpful. Again virtual consult with. If implant is ruptured or leaking, then implant exchange is recommended if not was the correct size implant place?. So you see why consultation is needed.

It’s hard for us to make an assessment based on the information provided.
At a minimum, we usually need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took ahead.
I also recommend You follow up with your surgeon regarding the difference.
The fluid buildup called an aroma is pretty uncommon after breast augmentation but is one potential reason why you could have a size discrepancy.
If you have a saline implants, then implant rupture or leakage could be an issue as well.
