It has been 11 months since my breast augmentation. I had 295cc natrelle silicon high profile implants. I know that with my body's anatomy that there will be a natural gap between my breasts. But why is there SO much cap? My breasts are practically in my armpits. I also feel like they look as they are bottoming out sometimes. Can anyone let me know if this is normal or if a revision would fix?

One implant is sitting higher and making the other breast look larger and lower. You may have a capsule holding the opposite side up more. Please go visit with your surgeon. Oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments might help, or surgery.
You might get improvement with oral Accolate and external ultrasounds treatments to help soften the pocket since you are still healing from surgery. Please go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. Your photos are limited since you do not show the full view of your breasts. I cannot be...
Your implants are bottoming out some which makes the nipples look somewhat high. If the inferior pocket is tighten, this will correct the nipple problem. Do not go larger or you will bottom out again.
