Is it worth getting a revision to bring left breast towards the centre more? (Photos)

This is my second augmentation, I am not happy with the position of the left breast. I feel it is slightly to the side and isn’t sitting as central as the right. They are under the muscle, my left muscle was definitely tighter than the right, could this be why? Is it possible to rectify with a third surgery (I am not against choosing a smaller implant) or would the results be minimal and not justify another surgery? I feel the lateral position makes me look wider in clothes which isn’t aesthetically pleasing to me. I wanted a subtle look so I chose low/moderate profile, could the excess lateral position be rectified by choosing high profile?

In the absence of a significant capsule or capsular contracture, a capsulotomy alone should be adequate for repositioning of the implant. To confirm the diagnosis and treatment options would require an actual physical examination. Following a capsulotomy, you should see immediate improvement in...
This is a classic "double bubble" deformity. This happens when the previous inframmary fold is displaced on to the new lower pole of the breast as the implant descends/settles. This is commonly seen when very large implants are placed, tuberous breast deformity, poor technique/implant selection....
Dear Nadia_,
I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time...
