Are there any doctors near the Austin area who do both of these procedures? When I smile my lip looks like Mama June's. When I smile I want it to go "sideways" rather than "up", if that makes sense. My smile has never been pretty, and I want to fix it while also fixing my nose which is big on its own. I understand it's mostly dentists who do lip lowering procedures, but I've seen a few cases where they're done alongside a rhinoplasty. Anyone do both?

Botox is a temporary option that will have to be continually redone. Consider a consultation with a dentist or periodontist trained in lip-repositioning. Ask to see photos of similar cases they have done. It is not a hard procedure to do.
