Hello Aleyzailazaro,It is important to determine the cause of the incompetent lips to determine the treatment. For example is it related to a neurological problem like Bell's palsy or a stroke? Is it related to a surgery that involved removing part of the muscle of the lip for cancer. Is it the temporary result of using a neuromodulator. Is it a result of jaw surgery? The treatment for all of these is different.
