1 year post op - Confused about fluctuating pollybeak deformity - will I need a revision or if this normal? (Photos)

I had a closed Rhinoplasty exactly one year ago. I'm a thick-skinned patient and had a closed Rhinoplasty. No graft. I only wanted subtle changes; reduce hanging Columella, reduce dorsal hump and narrow the tip. For the first two months, my nose looked like my dream nose. Then around the three month mark I developed some fullness in the supratip area of the nose. My surgeon said it was probably swelling. He told me he did not recommend steroid injections and he advised me not to tape and to leave my nose alone. The fullness in the supratip area is still fluctuating one year on. It looks good some days and like an obvious pollybeak deformity on other days. When it's more prominent, it feels quite hard. Like scar tissue or cartilage. Which is confusing because if it was swelling causing it to fluctuate then I'd imagine it would feel soft. I keep thinking I'll need a revision and then my nose goes back to looking good again. Is this normal? Tia.
