Please help. I’ve been doing nose exercises for a little over a year and now I feel like I permanently messed up my nose. I usually just rub my finger along the tip of my nose, up, and pushing it in I also tend to pinch the cartilage part a lot (pictured): read that excessive or consistent pressure can cause remodeling or deformation and that the cartilages can reshape when exposed to prolonged external force. Is this true? Did I weaken my nasal tip or made it fatter? Did I create a new shape?
