Can a tip plasty be done without a full rhinoplasty?Yes, theoretically a tip plasty can be performed independently of the rest of the nose. In my experience, however I have found that it is a very rare case where the tip can be done without requiring corresponding changes in other aspects of the nose to make the whole nose harmonize.
