I would really appreciate if someone can help me in reducing the redness and dent at the tip of nose. Suggestion of any cream or any suggestions to rectify the spot will be highly appreciated.

You ask a terrific question. I believe the answer has to do with the skill of the person injecting the filler. When we inject the root of the nose, above a nasal bump, we keep our fingers on both sides of the nasal bridge to ensure that widening does not occur. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr....
