Im a 39F who’s lost some weight due to a cancer diagnosis earlier this year (in remission now). Wondering what i can do to fix my hollow under eyes due to rhe weight loss? Ive regained some weight but im still left with sunken under eyes.

So glad to hear that you are in remission and are now able to focus on aesthetic concerns. That's a great sign of improved health in itself. 
Since the upper cheeks are a main support for the under-eye regions, any loss of volume there tends to result in under-eye hollows. That being the case, the use of an appropriate robust HA volumizing filler properly injected can help to smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eye regions. This is often enough to address the issue.
Should additional improvement in any residual hollowing be needed, a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler can then be used to further improve and smooth the transition. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector expert, as these areas for treatment should not be left to the inexperienced hands of novice injectors. Hope this helps and best of luck. And, once again, so happy that you are in remission.

I'm sorry you had to go through that ordeal and hope it's a smooth ride from here on out. Regarding the hollowness you inquired about, it can easily be improved with filler injections, and I recommend Hyaluronic acid material to the upper eye lid as well as the TT.
