Considering butt implant removal — what option would offer the best results?

I have 360cc intramuscular butt implants and have had them for several years. I like the size/projection, but they are very firm and have become asymmetrical over time. They do/somewhat move and some areas feel softer, but they don’t feel natural to me. If I sit for a long time, I sometimes feel uncomfortable and need to stand. I’m considering Lipo 360 because my biggest goal is a smaller, snatched waist. I don’t want a huge butt or dramatic BBL—just a petite, proportional, natural-looking shape. I’m torn between: 1. Keeping implants + Lipo 360 + possibly fat grafting over them. Would fat actually make them feel softer, or would they still feel firm underneath? Could it worsen asymmetry? 2. Removing implants + Lipo 360 and healing first. I’m nervous about looking flat afterward since I had very little butt before implants, although I’ve had a child and gained weight since then. 3. Removing implants + Lipo 360 and eventually doing a small fat transfer or Sculptra/filler. Several surgeons have told me they prefer waiting to do a BBL after implant removal, especially if a capsule needs to be removed, while another said everything could be done together.
