Only solid silicone implants may be used in the US legally but they will still soften significantly. I would give it at least 3 months to soften. Good luck!

Your buttock implants are rather large.   This is why they feel heavy.  Wearing a compression garment can support the implant but ulimately they will continue to feel heavy and uncomfortable. They look good though.
