Your buttock implants are rather large.   This is why they feel heavy.  Wearing a compression garment can support the implant but ulimately they will continue to feel heavy and uncomfortable. They look good though.

Any exposed implant is by definition, at the very least, contaminated and the open wound will NOT heal unless the implant is removed  A new implant can be replaced (under the gluteus muscle of course) but only after a necessary and standard 6 month waiting period.  Glad to help.
