How long does it take for buttock implants to soften? I want them to be jiggly... (Intramuscular 550cc) I'm 11 days post op

Only solid silicone implants may be used in the US legally but they will still soften significantly. I would give it at least 3 months to soften. Good luck!

550 intramuscular are very large. Are you certain they are not subfascial? In any case it takes a good 4-6 weeks for the swelling to resolve and for the buttocks to soften. Glad your excited about your results.best

You will need to give it some time but you will also need to have realistic expectations.  The best buttock augmentations look and feel as natural as possible but its important to understand that Buttock implants are made of silicone. The silicone that is used to make buutock implants is not as "jiggly" as breast implants. Your implants are submuscular so they willtake a little longer to drop into a natural position.  This can take about 3 months.

Butt implants look fantastic right away. Remember that they are solid and thus will feel firmer than for example fat grafting. Typically, 3 months for all swelling to go away.
