Will using nose strip before micro needling help to clean and reduce pore size?

I have combination skin and have break outs once in a while. I use dermapen to micro needle myself regularly. Since nose strip temporarily clean up the pores and micro needling reduce the pore size, I’m wondering if using nose strip before micro needling would help. Thanks
