Left nipple goes inward when flexing. Could this be from under the muscle implants and will removal fix this?

Sub muscular implant can cause a condition called breast animation deformity. So the most likely answer is yes. Removing sub muscular implants usually corrects the animation/distortion. Repositioning your implants in the sub glandular position (on top of the muscle) can correct this as well.

Scarring between the skin and the pectoralis muscle causes "dynamic deformity" after subpectoral implant placement. This can sometimes be addressed by scar release and fat grafting, or with conversion of the implant placement to a position in front of the pectoralis muscle.

Just removing the implants may not change how the nipple reacts. You could have the implants placed just behind the breast tissue to correct the issue.
