I suggest getting a second opinion and seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in fillers to help reverse what you had done before and use new fillers to improve what was done in the past.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I never use Perlane in the eye troughs , are you positive that is what they used there?  There is an enzyme that can be injected and will remove it.  I would make and appointment with  a nearby Plastic Surgery office who performs these procedures regularly.  

Hey there. An important thing to remember is that hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane, etc.) get metabolized by your body over time. About 10% of the volume is a gel carrier that gets absorbed over a couple of weeks. The rest gets broken down by your immune system over a period of months. So, regardless of what you look like now, it's NOT permanent. It will get better. Depending on when you had it done, you may have some swelling that is also contributing to the unwanted fullness and skin puckering. The other nice thing is that it can be reversed by injection of a protein called hyaluronidase. If your injector doesn't have it on hand, I'm sure another provider in your area does. It will get better, though, even if you do nothing. Good luck.

I NEVER use "per lane" in tear troughs!!! Very hard to correct with Ha Disolvers. Best to seek a few IN PERSON opinions...
