Can I vape after hair transplant?

I'm 31 years old and planning to have a hair transplant. I'm a heavy chain smoker (20-30 cigarettes per day). I understand that I need to cut down on my smoking but my question is can I vape (6mg nicotine per ml) after my hair transplant to avoid withdrawal symptoms and discomfort? If yes then how much per day?

Smoking causes constriction of blood vessels and decreased blood flow to the scalp, which may reduce wound healing after a hair transplant and increase the risk of wound infection and scarring. Smoking may also negatively affect hair growth, though no one can predict the extent to which it will occur.Studies have shown that replacing cigarettes with vaping improves blood flow within a month, so vaping may not be as harmful as smoking.At our clinic, we recommend not smoking or vaping for at least one week prior to surgery and for two weeks following the procedure.
