Paying for surgery in physical cash, is there any risk?

There is nothing wrong with paying for your cosmetic procedure in cash, but I would definitely discuss surgeon's revision policy so that you are familiar with it as well.
I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options and expectations for best cosmetic results.

Each office has their own policies for financing, but you can certainly discuss any concerns you may have with them. I would be sure to get a signed receipt of your payment.
