Double bubble appearance on left cleavage after capsulectomy uplift and re-augmentation, will this resolve itself? (photos)

Question

Please help me. I’ve had a capsulectomy uplift and reaugmentation. From sub glandular to sub muscular. The right breast had the capsule contracture. Whatever the surgeon has done - he has left a severe deformity on my LEFT cleavage. He says this is skin quality however the skin on the problem breast is fine - I’ve been in SEVERE pain the whole time and it is clearly out of place. The vanity clinic in Istanbul are just fobbing me off. Can you advise if this will resolve itself?other options? Thnx

though rare, some women who undergo breast augmentation will develop a minor deformity known as a “double bubble,” in which additional folds appear underneath the breasts due to the implant accidentally shifting or contracting post-surgery. In most cases, the implant simply slipped too far down the chest wall and traveled behind the breast inframammary crease (the area where the lower breast meets the chest), instead of moving forward to fill the breast cavity. If left untreated, the lopsided implant will form unnatural indentations, resulting in an odd “four-breast effect” rather than the full, rounded chest the patient initially desired.

Hi and welcome to our forum!
From your photos, there appears to be an adhesion involving the superior medial left breast. We don't have information as to how long ago the procedure was performed. If relatively recent, I would recommend vigorous massage. If this fails to alleviate the deformity, a revisional procedure may be required to lyse the adhesion. 
As you describe severe pain, a second opinion is urgently required.
