Poorly done liposuction results are generally not treatable with non-surgical means.
Fibrosis typically implies too much fat was removed often in combination with leaving an uneven fat distribution. There are no nonsurgical treatment options that will restore or correct the uneven fat distribution or reduce the scar tissue.
An accurate assessment will require an in person consultation and most likely surgery is the only option though some cases are very difficult to correct and unless you find it’s sufficiently talented surgeon revision surgery can make things worse.
I suggest patients having multiple in person consultations to thoroughly wet the competence and experience of each provider before committing to any surgical procedure.
