The left upper eyelid is not ptotic. If this eyelid was raised both eyelids are at risk of being over corrected. I would also consider resetting the lateral canthal angles ( to help the effect of eye shape rounding ). Finally, I think the upper blepharoplasty over aggressively raised the creases and hollowed the upper eyelids. This can be corrected with crease lowering and fold reconstruction. There is no substitute for a detailed personal assessment. Your eyes can be your best feature.
