28, thick hair, no bald spots & receding hairline, need advice on hair transplant (Photos)

Hi, I am 28 years old and starting to get a receding hairline. I do have thick hair, and I do not have any bold spots. Is it possible to do a hair transplant and fix the areas marked in a red circle? And also, is it possible to add more hairs to my patchy beard on one side in the same procedure? Can I still wait till my 30's to do something with it or is it best to do the treatment now?

Can you get a hair transplant? yes. However, it is a pretty big area of what you are trying to fill and I think you need to be a bit realistic about how many grafts that would involve. Have you tried any of the non-surgical methods? I would go that route first because you will need to be on a good regimen after your hair transplant anyway. You should probably do the treatment whenever you feel ready for it and whenever your hair thinning has stabilized so that way you don't continue to have recession beyond the newly transplanted hairl

Hello and thank you for your question. My advice for people in their 20s is to wait as long as you can stand it. If you use your donor area up too early then you have nothing for the future. For now, I suggest you see a dermatologist and discuss your concerns. There could be some non medical options for you in the near term.. Best of luck to you.
