7 years hair transplant, red scalp & doesn’t look good/itchy, what do you suggest?

Hello, i did hair transplant 7 years ago. The scalp is very red sometimes and so itchy. I don't know after hair transplant the scalp always haven’t look healthy to me. I have been at 2 different dermatologists they said you will be fine, your scalp looks alright. One of them gave me an liquid to put on scalp for dandruff. Please what do you suggest to me from your experience, why my scalp looks like this! Also what can i do the hair to looks more? Thank you
