I finally decided that I want a breast augmentation preferably with saline products from mentor but not in general anesthetic. Nowadays its possible Which doctors offer breast augmentation with saline products for small breasts ?
Answer: Great question. Thank you for your inquiry. As you know, an evaluation in person would be required to properly determine how your goals can be best met and offer specific recommendations. That said, an experienced board certified plastic surgeon can review with you all of your options. In my practice we offer all implant options including saline filled implants by Mentor as well as the Ideal Implant, a slime filled implant that has a slightly softer feel than a traditional saline implant. Do your research and ask your questions before scheduling g your consultation. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Saline Implants Thank you for your question. Breast augmentation has been performed without general anesthesia using local anesthetic with sedation. Saline implants are a safe option for those seeking breast augmentation. These implants are made of silicone shells filled with sterile salt water, providing a natural feel. To find a surgeon who performs breast augmentation with saline implants without general anesthesia, you can conduct online research, ask for references from your primary care physician, or contact local cosmetic surgery clinics to inquire about their services. In general, however, most board certified plastic surgeons performing breast augmentations at accredited surgery center only under general anesthesia.

Answer: Breast augmentation without general anesthetic Dear Dynamic637834, generally speaking, it is possible to get BA without general anesthesia. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Saline breast augmentation with anesthesia Saline breast augmentation should be available with most/all plastic surgeons, as well as gel implants, for small breasts. Sizing would be during consultation. However, I would NOT recommend local anesthesia only for breast augmentation. In my experience, creating a space for the implants, especially if under the muscle, and the overall discomfort, would compromise results and safety. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to further discuss your options and expectations.

Answer: Breast augmentation without general anesthesia? With effective local anesthesia breast augmentation can routinely be performed without general anesthesia under IV sedation using the same medications routinely used for colonoscopy and I have done thousands with this technique. Saline implants need to be placed under the muscle which is my routine and most patients in my practice choose saline implants because there is less tissue reaction and the incidence of capsular contracture is extremely low.
