I wouldn't typically recommend a surgical lip lift based on your photo. I typically recommend it for patients who have a long distance between the nose and upper lip, which is not present here. In my opinion, filler or fat transfer would be better options here.

The problem you have is that the vermilion border (the edge between the red and skin color of the lip) is blunted. That can happen with a lip lift of this type. The best option will be to do something to improve that area and give it more definition.

A small corner lip lift would help elevate the corners of the mouth. There is a incision right at the Vermilion border so sometimes it can be seen. A small amount of your own fat to the corners would also enhance the upward tilt of your corner of your smile.

It would be unusual to have tissue so damaged from a rhinoplasty that a lip lift would not heal. Photos would be helpful. Going to hyperbarics for 3-5 days after should certainly help with healing.

Yes, you can still get a very conservative lip lift approximately 4 mm. With 4 mm of excision there will be no elevation of your incisive show. I would also recommend tiny bit of fat grafting as well laterally and medially to give you a little more fuller lip without causing any more incisive show.
