I'm considering a rhinoplasty(maybe a septorhinoplasty if doctor says I have a deviated septum) but I'm wondering if I would be a good candidate for a lip lift as well. I'm a side sleeper and unsure if because of this (or a possible cross bite with teeth) but my lips are uneven.. but it looks like my jaw is also uneven?? I'm wondering if a lip lift will fix my asymmetry :(

The problem you have is that the vermilion border (the edge between the red and skin color of the lip) is blunted. That can happen with a lip lift of this type. The best option will be to do something to improve that area and give it more definition.
A small corner lip lift would help elevate the corners of the mouth. There is a incision right at the Vermilion border so sometimes it can be seen. A small amount of your own fat to the corners would also enhance the upward tilt of your corner of your smile.
While is good to be concerned after four rhinoplasties likely the skin of the lip is undamaged. The skin right below the nose may be a little bit thinned out, but that skin ultimately will be excised by doing the lip lif.t so a conservative lip lift in this case will probably help and the skin...
