I had a rhinoplasty years ago that didn't give me the results I was looking for and had devastating effects on the length/ of my upper lip. One surgeon I visited thought my nasal spine may have been removed, because it holds up the upper lip. It does feel very hollow there now. Could my surgeon have removed it without knowing? If so, could it be rebuilt?
