I was thinking I needed to book an upper and lower blephaplasty. Now I’m wondering about a brow lift instead but with what? I just want all my eye area sorted….what do people think I need? Thankyou.

Other options besides surgery include fillers and laser resurfacing. Fillers would add additional volume to your tear trough and laser resurfacing would tighten the skin. In my hands I prefer surgery over fillers. Best to see an eyelid expert.
