Eye Surgery advice - what procedures do I need to get this result? (Photo)

I attached a picture of my current set of eyes, and was wondering what procedures I need to go through in order to get the eyes in the after picture. I fear doing too many procedures since I’m scared of an unnatural look, thanks in advance
