What can I do to correct volume loss? 50 y/o female (photo)

Turning 50 next week and want to address facial volume loss and looking tired/ sad. Details/ 50 yo cauc female Fitz I 2020 46/47 yo: Felt beautiful 1st time in life consistent tox, HA to lips, cheeks, tear troughs 5/2021 NeoGen Plasma procedure melted facial volume Esp ocular area. 6/2021 - current Subsequent attempts to fill trough create “tunneling” diverting filler Global facial volume loss, $$$$$ spent to fix but still feel sad looking in mirror

Answer: I recommend taking out all of your old filler with hyaluronidase.
