Details/ 50 yo cauc female Fitz I 2020 46/47 yo: Felt beautiful 1st time in life consistent tox, HA to lips, cheeks, tear troughs 5/2021 NeoGen Plasma procedure melted facial volume Esp ocular area. 6/2021 - current Subsequent attempts to fill trough create “tunneling” diverting filler Global facial volume loss, $$$$$ spent to fix but still feel sad looking in mirror

Your lower face is now filled with aging filler. It may have been great at first but now these runny fillers have drifted down your cheeks and are filling your lower face. It is this volume and not "facial aging" that is making you look older than you should. Remove this filler and you will look 10-15 year younger. You also have upper eyelid ptosis and correcting this will make you appear brighter and more beautiful by featuring your eyes. Stop getting bad services. Your chest is box-carred in this photo from an over done photofacial of the chest. Stop freezing the forehead with botox. Paralysis is not beautiful. Don't drink the Koolaid.
