I had a canthoplasty as a stand alone procedure 3 years ago. I am planning on getting a lower bleph with no skin removal, just fat repositioning. I know a lot do a canthopexy at the same time to try prevent lower lid retraction. Could I still benefit from a canthopexy even though I have had a canthoplasty? Would it still lower my risk of lid retraction or would it not be of much use now?
