My face is on fire but it's also dry and peeling at the same time. What is this and how can I make it stop? (photos)

As you can see my face is extremely red, burning but it's dry and peeling at the same time. Anything that I use on my face sends it into a burning rage. After I wash my face there is a puss like substance that comes out of my poor's. Within 45 mins to an hour later the flaking begins. Can someone please help me with this?

You need a diagnosis for what is going on.  Based on this an appropriate treatment can be provided.  This type of care is generally covered by health insurance.  Don't get buffeted by an HMO if you are in it. Insist on seeing the dermatologist.
