More than any other factor, it depends on the depth of the peel which was done. Even the deepest peels usually re-epithelialize within 10 days of the procedure and by then, you will see improvement already although there will be continued improvement over the next 6-12 months.
Re epithialization after a chemical peeling takes on average 14 days. But is dependent upon the type of pee;ing, the depth applied, your medical ski history, etc. Best to discuss with your peeling doctor BEFORE having the peel done.
