Chemical burn. Is laser an option?

hello doctors, I have chemical burns, from a peel, around the outside corners of my mouth. they are starting to heal into scar tissue but they are very noticeable. I don't know what to do. is laser an option? can I do another peel once this heals? (silly question).

Really need photographs to understand the extent of damage done by the chemical peel.  Laser may be an option I would doubt additional chemical peeling would be beneficial.
