I had liposuction done to my back, posterior, and medial thighs, in order to have enough fat for grafts to my breasts for reconstructive surgery after a mastectomy. I also had the dr put some in my hips to rid my body of hip dips. Unfortunately, I think my butt looks worse than before, and I feel that it is a shelf then has no bottom. I also have bananana rolls and saddle bags which I never had before. I don’t know what to do.
Answer: Liposuction I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing concerns about the results of your liposuction. It's important to consult with your surgeon, who can evaluate your condition in person and provide personalized advice on how to address your concerns. It's not uncommon for some patients to experience uneven or undesirable results after liposuction, particularly in areas like the buttocks and hips where the contours of the body can be more complex. Your surgeon may recommend additional procedures to address these issues, such as a buttock lift or fat transfer to the buttocks to improve the shape and contour of your buttocks. Alternatively, they may recommend further liposuction to address the saddlebags or banana rolls. It's important to have a frank and open discussion with your surgeon about your concerns and expectations, as well as any risks and potential side effects associated with any additional procedures. Your surgeon can provide guidance on the best course of action to achieve your desired outcome while minimizing the risk of complications. In the meantime, it's important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow your surgeon's post-operative instructions carefully to help ensure proper healing and minimize the risk of complications. Best of luck !

Answer: Fat, grafting results Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, and fat grafting results is more difficult than most people believe. There is significant variation in outcomes, depending on what surgeon you choose. Being board-certified and plastic surgery with years of experience, and an overall good reputation does not mean that somebody has mastered either Liposuction or fat grafting. To find the right provider I suggest patience have multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their entire portfolio of the before, and after pictures of the previous patients with similar body characteristics to your own. An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. I suggest patients start by having at least five in person consultations before scheduling surgery. Revision of work is more difficult than primary work so the importance of finding a sufficiently talented provider for Revision Work is even more important. The process for finding the right provider for Revision, Work is more or less the same as finding the best providers for primary procedures. Continue having consultations until you feel quite certain you found a provider who has sufficient skill and experience, and can demonstrate this with enough before, and after pictures to convey their competence.
