Concerns around philtrum length and incisor show - Am I a good candidate for a lip lift? (photo)

Courageous397579
My biggest issues with my lip area mostly concerns around philtrum length and incisor show. I don’t think my philtrum is proboprotional to my face, especially clean shaven, and my incisor show is virtually non existent at rest and minimal smiling. I don’t mind my lip shape changing slightly but don’t want that being the main thing moving around. I went to a consultation locally and they expressed hesitation around my top lip perhaps getting unnaturally big and suggested I look for other options like facial exercises or Botox.
