Bitterly disappointed by breast augmentation results. Need advice

I had a breast augmentation done about a year ago. The surgeon said she recommend 500cc silicone round smooth, high profile under muscle She said it was a large implant, and I should be a D cup. Once done, I was absolutely thrilled, however 3 weeks later when the swelling went down, I was shocked how small I was. In fact, I can still fit in my B cup size bras, and even measured with tape and I'm still a cup B. My mom and sisters told me they see absolutely no difference in my clothing.

First, a 500 cc implant, a large implant, is not going to fit in a B cup bra, so you are not wearing the correct size bra. Many women are never measured and just grab and stuff and have no idea of their true size. Second, you did not post nude before and after photos, which I am sure show a great deal of change.  I would suggest going back to your surgeon and realistically discuss your concerns and look at your before and after photos.  Going larger may not be a good option based on your frame and tissue, but you are much larger than you were prior to surgery. Silicone implants do not deflate.
