Bellafill - need aggressive doctor/have questions

Question

In Colorado, but looking anywhere for Aggressive Bellafill midface lift, nasal reshaping after septoplasty, volume restoration at malar, submalar and midface regions as well as temples and orbital sockets and to strengthen my jaw, balnce the sides, extend and lengthen the chin. There is probably enough skin now that I need not look like the Joker, but I need the lift to cover my lower teeth which I will balance with plasma upper lip flip and for tooth show. Any advice? Bellafill can be a useful tool for volumization of the mid-face, but it also may be associated with longterm failure and complications. I would suggest a midface or deep plane facelift and to stay away from permanent fillers such as Bellafill as we have treated countless patients with longterm granulomas.
