Raising the midface with Bellafill, Refining with BBL/Halo?

I need fillers for volume & jowl lines, with very low lip corners. I wanted HALO/BBL Forever Young, Fractionated CO2 or Contour Tunable TRL first, but heard fillers can raise your midface, done in the right order, and would like to maximize it, to conceal my lower teeth, with an aggressive upper lip plasma pen procedure after, for teeth show. Should I wait on the skin tightening, so there is more skin to lift my midface with or reduce? Also, how do the resurfacing methods differ? Thank you!!
