If the filler is all truly dissolved your lip should return to a look similar to before treatment. It's hard to comment specifically with no before/after photos. I encourage you to visit with an expert injector for an evaluation.

What exact filler was injected? Do you have any proof that was the filler injected? If a longer lasting or illegal injected filler was used dissolving can help to a degree but it either must be metabolized by the body or surgically removed (if there are any lumps?). Best to seek additional in person opinions from true injecting MDs.
