I have had 0.5ml Juvederm for the first time back in August 2021, only in the upper lip. I didn’t like them and had them dissolved which took three sessions in September 2021. Even after this, my upper lip isn’t back to it’s normal shape or size. The person who performed the procedure claims there is no filler left, but I look nothing like I did pre-procedure. Will they ever go back to normal? I don’t understand why this is happening.

Volift typically lasts 15 to 18 months, though that will vary by patient. If you are unhappy with the treatment results the quickest way to address your concerns is to have the product dissolved with hyaluronidase.
From the limited photos it does appear the filler may be placed superficially causing the contour concerns you mentioned. I encourage you to discuss your concerns and options with your experienced injector. If an HA filler was used the product can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.
