Can I Jump Rope After Two Months of Rhinoplasty?

In general, I advise my patients to refrain from any vigorous physical activity for at least 4-5 weeks following surgery. Not doing so can increase swelling and delay healing. After 2 months you should be ok. But I would recommend following up with your surgeon, as they may have a specific protocol they would like you to follow. Thank you for your question.  You should be fine to exercise including jump rope at 2 months.  You may have some swelling that waxes and wanes,  but this will not cause any permanent damage.

Thank you for the question.  Every plastic surgeon has his/her own protocol for exercise after surgery so you should ideally talk with them about this.  In my practice 2 months would be fine to start exercising including jumping rope.
