I always wanted big voluptuous breasts.I'm 25 5'1 & 124lbs.I'm a 34b and I want to be a medium to large D. Doctor gave me a 450 silicone implant to try on at the moment I thought its small I asked to see next size up and he handed me a 475.He said no bigger because I'm a petite girl.He said the 475 implant would likely make me a double D.I decided on the 475 because I hear most women regret not going bigger. Now I'm wondering if I'm going too big? Also getting a crease incision under the muscle.

Answer: Breast implants Thank you for your question and photos. Given your goals, it appears that you could achieve a nice result with 475 cc implants. As long has you have clearly voiced your surgical goals to your operating surgeon and he or she is board-certified in plastic surgery as well as an expert in the breast augmentation with implants procedure, I would proceed with what you have chosen. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

Answer: Size Difference Between 450cc and 475cc? If your surgeon feels that both the 450cc and 475cc implant would work, then I would recommend going with the slightly larger one. Between those two implants, it is only a two tablespoon difference in volume. However, sometimes the width becomes an issue as the implants get larger. Most surgeons use sizers during surgery to see what will work the best, so in your case I would have both on hand and see which one fits the best during surgery. I hope this helps.
