53 years old- Body tite vs skin tyte for bumpy thighs and loose skin around knees? (photos)

I am 53 years old, 5' 3", weigh 135 lbs, am in decent shape. But my thighs are so bumpy I won't wear shorts. I have a lot of cellulite and skin laxity, especially around my knees.I've been researching and my head is spinning with options: Ultherapy, Bodytite, Skintyte, Microneedling, Sculptra, Thermage -- please help!

From your photos the best procedure to improve your concerns is a tummy tuck. This will remove excess skin and fat as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. Your photos do not show that you are a candidate for BodyTite and would likely not get good results from the procedure.
