Liposuction or Bodytite after 15 gaining pounds - which one would benefit me more? (photos)

I am 40 years old 5’9” 195. I gained about 15 pounds after my elbow surgery. I am wondering which one would benefit me more? Bodytite or Liposuction?

Thank you for your question. In looking at your photos, liposuction would be more effective. BodyTite is used to tighten skin. For older individuals, they opt to do both since our skin becomes less elastic with age. Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling is usually done at the same time as well.

BodyTite can be done in conjunction with liposuction. Standard liposuction retracts the skin 10-15%, where as the addition of BodyTite can retract the skin 30-40%. This provides optimal skin retraction to ensure that you have the best result. 
To follow surgery, compression garments are required to be worn for 4-6 weeks following surgery, but patients who see the best results continue to wear their compression for up to three months to ensure that the skin adheres nicely to the muscle.
