Rhinoplasty disaster - can anything be done with these dents along each side of the nose? (photos)

Hello, please help... i had rhinoplasty 15 yrs ago, which ruined my life:( 2 revisions after, one 10 years ago which made things better, but unfortunately I went for another revision which now made everything even worse :( please, can anything be done with these dents along each side of the nose? They persist after each surgery although surgeries were supposed to erase them :( is there any PERMANENT solution to this? Nostrills are also uneven, its 1 mth after surgery but I am not swollen at all.
