Will going from 800cc to 1600-2000cc be difficult? (photos)

While it is probably technically possible to fill the implants to that size, I would strongly caution against it. The larger an implant is, the more likely you will have complications both early and late. Also, stretching your breast skin that large will guarantee that you will need multiple procedures down the road to address the sagging of the implants as well as to deal with the excess skin when you eventually have them removed (you're not going to want these in your 70s!). Stretching your skin to that point may result in you needing something as extreme as a mastectomy to deal with the skin at that point. In addition to that, you'd also be hard-pressed to find a reputable surgeon who would be willing to perform such a procedure and therefore you'd be looking at sketchy facilities or third world countries, which come with significant risks of their own. I would really advise you not to proceed with this procedure.

Thank you for your question and providing photos. I highly doubt any credible BC PS would place and overfill a breast implant of that size. I believe you can safely place a 800cc moderate plus saline implant and fill it to 1000 cc's. However, implants of that size ( or greater volumes) can have many problems and cause an excessive amount of skin stretching. I would highly recommend reconsidering the volumes you are thinking you would like. Best of luck

This is not a procedure that I believe most Plastic Surgeons in this country would seriously entertain. I do not support this size implants. 

Hello, Thank you for your question. It is possible to enlarge your breasts to 1600-2000 cc's. It is however going to be a painful recovery since you will be doubling your current implant size. Most surgeons in the US do not like to go higher than 800cc because of the associated risks of having implants that are overly large. Make sure you seek out consultations with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in your area to be properly evaluated to make sure you are a good candidate for that large of breast augmentation; and to go over the options that are best for you so that you can proceed safely and achieve your desired results. I would strongly recommend that you do not move forward with this plan.  The photo's that you posted show a very good result. You are taking an unnecessary risk with wanting larger implants.   I doubt that you will find a board certified surgeon in this country willing to go that large.  I urge you to reconsider. 

Thank you for the question and the photos. There is a reason the largest implant is 800cc. Very large implants have consequences. The weight will lead to sagging and stretching of the skin as well as upper and mid back / shoulder pain. Plus it will implants clothing fit and exercise as well. Every surgery has risks. Just because your first surgery went well doesn't mean the second will be equally successful. Plus, over filled saline will be rock hard and not soft or natural feeling like the silicone implants you have now. It's pretty common for most women after breast augmentation to want bigger implants. However, after several years, that desire fades as they realize the right size for their frame isn't always the bigger option but the right one. I would strongly recommend you NOT do this for the benefit of your health and well being. Plus, your current pics look great. Sorry, but online consultants will not be able to give you definitive advice when it comes to how much more volume of breast implant can be used safely. Remember, that utilization of a breast implant that is too large for your frame can be problematic in many ways. In my practice, the decision of how large of a breast implant can be used (including for patients seeking "extra-large" augmentation) is made during surgery after pocket adjustments have been made and after temporary sizes have been placed. My best advice: seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate lots of experience achieving the types of outcomes you would be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully as well. Always keep safety and avoidance of complications as your first priorities. Best wishes.
