Hi,The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method has developed a weight transfer technique that takes the weight off the skin (and surrounding tissues) placing it on the chest muscles without removing much breast tissue to relieve pain. Hi DammmieBreast ptosis as you mentioned, is simply a fancy and non-judgemental word mkeaning sagging of the breast.  Specifically, it means that the nipple is lower than ideal.A breast lift will make the breasts smaller, perkier, more symmetrical and proportionate.  Additionally, the nipple/areolas will be re positioned and reduced, thereby correcting all of the issues you point out.  You have a lot of breast tissue so an implant won't be needed.  If you decide on an implant at a later date, it is always an option.All the best.Sek

You are correct in your analysis.  You would benefit from an Mastopexy and small Breast Reduction to achieve your goals.  Breast implants are not needed.
