Breast lift without silicone? (Photo)

Hi DammmieBreast ptosis as you mentioned, is simply a fancy and non-judgemental word mkeaning sagging of the breast.  Specifically, it means that the nipple is lower than ideal.A breast lift will make the breasts smaller, perkier, more symmetrical and proportionate.  Additionally, the nipple/areolas will be re positioned and reduced, thereby correcting all of the issues you point out.  You have a lot of breast tissue so an implant won't be needed.  If you decide on an implant at a later date, it is always an option.All the best.Sek

You are correct in your analysis.  You would benefit from an Mastopexy and small Breast Reduction to achieve your goals.  Breast implants are not needed.

Thanks for your inquiry,  Judging from your photos I believe you can have an excellent result from a breast lift or mastopexy procedure. An implant will not be necessary because you appear to have plenty of volume. You can think of this procedure as the creation of a skin brazier- so all of your breast tissue will be contained in a tighter skin envelope, and your nipples will be in the center of the new breast mounds. I hope this helps!

From the look of your photographs, and the amount of volume that I would anticipate you already have, I would recommend a mastopexy with a small reduction and certainly some liposuction under the arm and chest wall as well. I would recommend you find a board certified plastic surgeon in your region with demonstrated experience in cosmetic breast surgery.
